    Yes. Additional wake-up service is available through the hotel operator.

    Yes. The stations include: ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, ESPN, FOX, PBS, Cartoon Network, Weather Channel, and WGN

    Yes.

  • 4. Cribs?
    Yes, for $12 per night – limited availability.

    Yes, for $12 per night – limited availability.

  • 6. Hairdryers?
    Yes.

  • 7. Irons and ironing boards?

    Yes, in our mini-suites or upon request for $5.00 per day.

    No, please contact the Bell Desk for dry cleaning and laundry services.

A: Indiana’s legal gambling age is 21 and identification is required.

Q: How old do you have to be to check in to the hotel?

A: Because Majestic Star is a gaming establishment you must be at least 21 years old to check in to a room.

Q: Do you have child care?

A: We do not provide child care, but there are several licensed and bonded services listed in the phone book. Many advertise their services as available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: In order to receive a full refund, we require 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Q: Do you allow pets in the hotel?

A: No, except for service animals for people with disabilities.

Q: How do I send or receive a fax at your hotel?

A: The fax number is 1-219-977-1601

Q: Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?

A: No, however shuttles, taxicabs and limousines are available at both the airport and at the hotel.

Q: Does Majestic Star have free parking?

A: Yes, we have both free self-parking lot as well as free valet service at the casino.

A: No.
